Claudia made me feel so welcome and provided a list of lesser known beautiful places to visit while I was in Bran.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
The hosts are simply lovely amd warm. They make you open up, feel right at home and chat like old acquaintences. The place itself is beautifully furnished, the beds are comfortable, it’s so quiet and the location is terrific. You can walk around, get some fresh air, clear your head. It’s the ideal place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The pension is an easy walk from Bran castle, the property is large and has a really nice yard. The hosts were nice, for what little interactions I had with them, I'm really quiet and keep to myself a lot. The room was clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend this place!
The pension is located on a hill opposite Bran Castle. The access road by car to the pension, from the main street, can be difficult for some drivers. The area is quiet and has a wonderful view. The pension has a large courtyard where you can rest or have fun. Breakfast is good, the products were fresh. Coffee could be better. A pleasant surprise was that the host prepares food for tourists. A bit expensive food, considering that it is unpretentious. The host is welcoming and kind.
the accommodation is a short distance from the centre (1,2km) in a quiet side street. Free parking in the yard of the guesthouse. The lady at the reception was nice although she didn't speak English. We had a bit of a problem finding the pension on google maps it is marked well, but we didn't notice any writing on the building itself. Nice balcony by the room, the room was on the second floor after quite steep stairs. Reasonably equipped kitchen. Wifi worked
Amazing place to stay! Absolutely and with no doubt it was the best place we were stayed for our whole trip. Great facility and garden, great location with amazing view, and super great host who was helped us and gave us a lot of information.
