Great calm village up on the hill, great views. Rural style, wooden appartment, comfy bed. We ask for the late dinner and the host made us very delicious local food. The location is great - you are on the route for self driving or cycling over the Apuseni Mountains. There was space to park our car. Just over the road from the hotel was a good "supermarket" - ideal if you want to get food for picnics etc...

This is a lovely place, held by a lovely couple! It has a great location, in the very middle of nature, amazing view & access to various mountain tracks. Highly recommended for people who like to be in the nature!
Tiarra Mountain Lodge is an absolute gem. 5 stars is not enough for this experience. Starting with the location, the rooms and the service, all is to the highest standard. The location is an absolutely lovely, situated on a hill overlooking a lake, our room had the lake view. The room was more than adequate & extremely quiet. The food is served in the restaurant, which is located over the road from the hotel, we opted for breakfast during our stay, which was more than adequate. If you want a really quiet place & want to walk & get away from the hustle and bustle of life, go to this hotel, it was really very good.

I liked everything. I came here looking for a quiet place to work, but I found a gem. The place is even more beautiful than in pictures, very cosy, tastefully decorated, fully equipped( I preferred to eat at an excellent restaurant nearby, but I could have easily cooked in the property kitchen), an amazing fireplace makes the large living room a place you don’t want to leave soon. The hosts were awesome, very flexible and welcoming. I can’t recommend it enough!
The Guesthouse is in a very nice location, easily accessible from the main street, but in a quiet place, wooden and nicely decorated, surrounded by a beautiful green garden with a small playground for kids as well. Food was delicious, very tasty and with local products. But maybe the most authentic experience was to be woken up in the morning by the bells of the cows and go to bed after the sun set its light peacefully behind the mountains. Lots of beautiful places to visit in the area.
