Excellent little spot right at the start of the Transfagarasan hairpin twisties. Rooms were nice, breakfast excellent and the location is quite special, the Balea river flows right through the back of the property. Hosts were very nice as was the glasses of red wine!

The owner is really great and accommodating. We arrived late but he was fine with it. The only thing that could be better was a single window in our room with no ac. This made the room very hot. But overall 10/10

We had an incredible stay at Ada's house. The place is so quiet and beautiful, the dogs are so friendly and Ada is very nice and friendly. We didn't want to leave.
The river is very close and you can walk to a good restaurant. We reccomend it.
The views were amazing and great location for the Transfaragasan route. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained and the staff were super friendly.
Everything was wonderful about the stay at this location. From the huge nature area with access to the river in the courtyard, to the interiors which were very simply yet tastefully decorated, to the hosts which were extremely helpful if we needed anything.
It is a hidden gem. I was not expecting to be so nice and well maintained. In the middle of nowhere for peace and quiet with all the facilities you need! Loved it.
The scenery is unique, the sight of Fagaras Mountains right from the veranda cannot be equaled.
Hosts were super friendly and ready to help us when needed and also accomodate our little requests. Not intrusive in any way, however…

4 rooms in the main house, two separate rooms in garden houses (also heated). 4 baths in total.
Big plus for collecting recycling materials separately.
The hosts are very helpful and friendly. Although we made a mistake with the arrival day, they accomodated us. They provided us with a toaster and an air fryer upon request.
The location is excellent: in the quiet of the woods at the foot of the Fagaras mountains.
