The villa is absolutely stunning. Charming property, it’s very cheery and welcoming. It is in a great part of town, close to the state gardens, historical streets and restaurants.
The amenities are great, Nathalie who cooked and hosted us is an incredibly special person who made us feel at home from the minute we arrived.
Her breakfasts were wonderful, with something homemade, demonstrating the food of the island every morning - manioc, cassava, fresh fruits - we were truly spoiled and very happy we chose the villa for this trip. We will absolutely be back!

Super nice and cosy house. Isabelle and Patrick, the owners are very friendly and warmful and are careing about their visitors very well.
Homemade breakfast (bread, jam, jogurt, juice, crèpes, pan cakes is all homemade) is super healthy and so delicous. We will vitit again for sure!

We had several stays at Fabricio's places - as a group of friends and also as a couple. It was something as a "base camp" for our month trip in Reunion. The locality in Saint Denis is amazing - just a few minutes by walk from the airport shuttle bus station in Jardin De l'Etat. All apartments are new, really comfortable ( especially mattresses), clean and with good equipment. Amina and Fabricio are great hosts, and we really appreciate their service!
Great hosts. Communication was really good. The unit was more than I expected and sufficient for our needs. Great decor and an extremely homely place. Felt at home and would happily book it again.
The common area was lovely for relaxing and spreading out. Great location,very quiet area and close to the main part of St Denis. The establishment was spotless.
The studio was located in close proximity to Jardin de l'etat in a quiet street. It is a walking distance to the centre of Saint Denis. It is fully equipped, homely atmosphere. The hosts were always available to assist. The recommended walk along the river close to the property was very relaxing with a beautiful scenery.
We spent three nights here at the beginning of our two week holiday in La Réunion and found it an excellent base from which to explore the city. It’s situated in a quiet residential street close to the Jardin de l’Etat and within walking distance of the city centre. There’s also a bus stop right on the doorstep with services directly into Le Barachois. The apartment had everything we needed for a family trip, including a lovely terrace with a roll-out canopy to provide shade. We enjoyed our stay here.

It's a very beautiful apartment in a nice city center with a great location. Renovated, privacy yard where you can sit outside. All equipment with kitchen and more.
The check in process is great and the host is very nice. Although I have thoughts and doubts about the cleanliness a bit. For example, the floor is not clean.
