Beautiful, clean, bright, and spacious property. The pictures simply don’t do it justice — especially the terrace which is ideal to relax on after a day of hiking. It had everything I needed, and it was easy to coordinate with the host. Great area, nearby restaurant, and easy parking.

Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
The view was fantastic, it looks even better in real life. There is a restaurant nearby and a shop not far away, but the house is secluded and there are no nearby neighbors, the view is not obstructed.
Each bedroom has a bathroom and a great view. Pool can be heated.
The owner was nice and welcomed us with a basket of fresh fruit.
Parking was steep, but so is Madeira, we adapted quite quickly.
Small gym with a great view is also available.
All in all highly suggested!
The host was very kind to meet us and assisted very quickly on all the questions we had. Also gave us usefull information about point of interests and local reastaurants. There was absolutely everything you could need during the stay. 3 comfy bedroom, equipped kitchen, cosy terrace and 2 batrooms as a bonus!
We were delighted to find Madeira wine and taditional honey cake on arrival☺️

The property was bright, spacious and extremely clean when we arrived. There was plenty of amenities near by including restaurants and a super market. Our host was amazing! Very helpful giving us tips of places to visit and information when we needed it.
The view is truly fantastic. Marisela, the host, is lovely and gave us tips for interesting locations on the island. The apartment has all necessary facilities and was spotless. Its size is also ideal for groups of friends or families.
The rooms are bigger then you see on photos. The view from balcony and living room is awesome. The locality is quiet and near (10-15 minute by foot) is really good wine bar (D’ALMA wine bar). In kitchen is everything you need.
We had the most incredible time at the Estrela house. The hostess was super friendly and helpful, making our stay extra special with attention and help with our requests. The house was really spacious and had a cozy vibe that made us feel right at home :) It was on a quiet street but still just a short drive from the beautiful Calheta beach! Everything was super clean and well-maintained, exceeding all our expectations. We highly recommend this place for an amazing vacation getaway!
