Location is great! I accidentally booked a room without a window... The staff were super friendly and helpful and we changed rooms immediately. Good value for money.

Location, it was amazing to stay within the walls of the old town. Room was cozy and very clean and despitebeing an old building it had all the comfort of a modern building.

There was not a large selection for breakfast, but it was more than enough variety to please most people and Beatriz was sweet and delightful! We had an issue getting in late at night, but called the phone number on the sign outside the gate and a very helpful gentleman (did not get his name) walked us through the process of getting in and getting our keys. The rooms were very pristine with crisp white sheets, towels, clean bathroom and freshly scented.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Ana is such a great host!!! She knows so much about the Camino and provided me with great information about it. I learned so much from her. She even took time to help me with the planning of my routes. I can feel her passion for the Camino and to share this passion with the rest. Pedro cooks the dinner and was the best, wholesome dinner I have had so far in the Camino. I love the idea that the pilgrims get to bond together over dinner.
The location of apartment is very convenient. Short walking distance from the railway station and city center. The host was very helpful and a kind person. The apartment clean, modern and quiet with everything you need for comfortable stay.
Big supermarket in the building.
Great location, very clean and comfortable. The bed is very confortable, the kitchen is well equipped. The hosts were very friendly. A experience to repeat for sure!
Very nice hostel with great location and primarily very clean! The owner of the hostel really takes care of the hygiene, it wasn't crowded like other hostels, there were only a few beds in the room. I appreciate the individual approach and nice breakfast.
Exceptional apartment, light, clean, comfortable, quiet, modern, well equipped including a washer/dryer, TV with netflix, views from windows and very helpful host. Supermarket underneath very handy, restaurants nearby, close to sights in old town and very handy if walking the Camino.
The hostel was so charming and homely and cosy, with great decor as well. The host was super friendly and helpful, which was truly appreciated! The beds felt comfortable, safe and private. It is also at a great location in the Valença fortaleza.
