Amazing place, peaceful, beautiful nature, arranged in home and cozy style. Great entertainment facilities for kids (and grownups), good internet connection, all equipment you might need you have. even if some minor thing missing, or you forget to bring something with you, owner provides it in few minutes. Barbecue place is amazing too, again with enough space fro family to prepare and eat together. We are coming back for longer stay next year, everyone was thrilled with stay.

The location is beautiful! It has a common swimming pool and heated jacuzzi with a beautiful view. There is a common area with a fridge, oven and microwave. The room, the bed and the linnen are fresh and clean. Staff didn't speak English, but she was friendly.

Everything was super clean!. The food is organic and delicious. The spa was amazing and was included everything. They make the wine there and it is the best wine I have ever had. The place is beautiful!. You can walk around and see the animals they have. The animals are super friendly. We will definitely come back we enjoyed every minute.
And the location is very good, you have really good restaurants near by.

Location is perfect for a few days to travel around the region. Staff are exceptional and Chef Paulo and Fatima are incredibly welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and they were genuinely concerned that everything was perfect during our stay. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Chef Paulo also has two local restaurants that are exceptional, so make sure to ask for a booking while you are there.

The location, a historic family owned home , is spectacular. The view, the nearby river , the property full of fruit trees, is quiet and relaxing.

One of the most enjoyable relaxing stays we have had. From the friendly, low key welcome, the relaxing ambience, quiet rural area, and comfortable modern minimalist designer rooms, everything was perfect. Breakfast was fresh, prepared on request by the host, and delicious. We particularly loved the home made conserves. And each morning after breakfast, Marie sat down and worked with us to design an interesting day of visits and activities suited to our interests.
A wonderful and quiet location where you can explore the Porto to Pinhao (car or train), Amarante/Braga areas. The freshly renovated building sits high on the hill overlooking the town with spectacular views. Everything was provided, including some refreshments. Isabel and Jorge were excellent hosts.

This house lacks nothing. It is in the middle of a very quiet village and guarantees privacy for everyone. The facilities are great.
The hosts are very caring and provided us with eggs, fruit, pastries and wine. The accessibility of places of tourist interest in the Douro Valley is very good. But you can't do it without a car!

Padaria Farmhouse was a great surprise, we loved the quietness and connection with the natural surroundings, the experience was super peaceful and reinvigorating, and the food from dinner and breakfast was the most honest and tasty we have had during our trip, plus the Vinho Verde :) Maria is also a great host and gave helpful tips for the area and we really enjoyed the conversations we had, just go and enjoy, we will surely come back!

We were “lucky” to have the house to ourselves and we spent a nice quiet evening by the fireplace. Great for hike lovers and to get some rest.
