The property is close to the airport, in really is good but our flight was delayed four hour and we only got to the location at 1:30am.
We attempted to call to notify them and never got an answer from anyone specifically after many attempts by our cab driver and us. We had to spend another hour and a half to find another hotel to sleep for a couple more hours before we continued to our final destination

Our experience with Margarida and the property made us feel very welcome in Terceira/Angra do Heroísmo! Great location and comfortable room for the price. Margarida was a wonderful host making sure we had everything we needed yet also giving us privacy - she even invited us to the patio for dessert and music with her family upon our arrival! The communal kitchen was a plus with a fridge shelf for groceries, plenty of coffee/tea, cooking materials, and cereals.

Staying at Chloe’s and Maxim was like staying with my best friends! A best friend who is kind, generous, empathetic and respectful! I came to Terceira for the first time ever with the goal of learning everything I can about the island so maybe I move here in pre-retirement. I told Chloe only a few days in advance about my goal and she was my absolute life saver. She drove me around, arranged meetings with agents, took me ALL OVER THE ISLAND!! We went shopping, had lunch, went to the beach, and I became a huge fan of hers and Maxim! I’m so impressed by their hospitality ethic and dedication to their guests. The house is also perfect! 3 large beautiful and comfortable bedrooms, a lovely living room and kitchen and a powerful and relaxing shower fully separated from their house but with access to their peaceful garden! Their cat is a true princess 👸 and she will come say hi if you are nice 😊 !
If you want to visit the island to learn everything about it, or just to have the most kind and caring hosts, don’t hesitate!

Great location, with an amazing view on the bay. The host is very kind. The flat is old fashion but equipped with all you need. Parking the car is not an issue. Big supermarket very close.
The breakfast was good, it was the same every day but I had no issues with that. The place felt more like a hotel versus a hostel. Very clean, very helpful manager! The location is great, very quiet at night. I would definitely recommend this hostel.

The hostel is modern and cosy. It is right in the city centre but in a very quiet neighborhood, 2 minutes walk from the beach and very near to some public facilities (supermarket, restaurants, etc.).
A wonderful atmosphere in the hotel, very quiet and clean, and the hostess is a delightful and charming woman! Unfortunately, I only stayed there between flights, but if I had come to Terceira for a longer time, I would have been.
