What we liked was: cleanliness, nice view, all sorts of little things for a comfortable stay. There is a common pool, we didn't use it, but it looks good. Large space. Towels, blankets, all necessary utensils.

It's a very beautiful place. The rooms are located in a beautiful garden. There are many additional options, a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, a sauna. The owner met us at the entrance and gave us a little tour, showing us everything in the hotel, and explained the rules to us. It's very good because we didn't have any questions during the stay.

Classy guesthouse located in a in a beautiful rich garden full of exotic colorfull plants. We enjoyed lazy moments in the garden using garden furniture. Sadly it was too cold for us to use the pool. The hotel is only few minutes away from the coast with a promenade and some good seafood restaurants.
it was a lovely touch to find a tray with local goodies in the room upon arrival. We also enjoyed the lounge with fireplace and comfy sofas. We would definatelly come back!

Wonderful house. The house is on the smaller side, but you can find everything you need. Nice bathroom, comfortable bed, airconditioning etc. Also there are two terraces that are enable you to relax and bask in the Madeiran sunshine.
The accomodation is very clean and is well stocked with shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea and fruit. There’s no inside kitchen, but outside there is a barbecue and a dishwashing station. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We were also surprised by Nelson as he gifted us fresh fruit like bananas and Madeiran custard apples.
The house is situated in a nice, hilly neighborhood of Funchal. It’s about a 2km ride from the nearest main road exit or reachable by bus. It’s about a 10 minute drive into the city center and also about a 10 minute drive to be in the middle of the nature.
Highly recommend to stay here whilst being on Madeira.

The location, centrally located with easy access to central town but quiet enough not to be disturbed at night. The lovely rooftop which has the possibility of having bbq in Summer. All fabulous facilities, to cook, wash and dry clothes etc.

Great location, beautiful scenery & views, modern interior design. Marius was a great host. He made sure we got breakfast every morning. I am impressed that he's done/ built most of it by himself, it made sense that it wasn't perfect. Everything was brand new.

Everything was wonderful. Catia met us and helped with parking, showed the house and made us feel as at home. The house has a charming garden with great view and places for the rest and breakfast, everything was fresh and clean and made for your comfortable staying. Catia is great host and her house is the place where you want to return as soon as possible.
We stayed at this lovely penthouse apartment for about 10 days. Everything was perfect - all rooms were spacious, well-equipped, clean, and quiet. On two sides of the apartment, there is a balcony with wonderful views. Great location for driving to all parts of Madeira, walking distance to the nice beach, as well as to cafes and supermarket. In addition, the apartment locates in the sunniest area of Madeira. We received a lot of great recommendations from the host, and she was always there for all our questions. Would stay again!
