Visiting the winery was fantastic - it was an unexpected gem - the staff were excellent, we enjoyed the winetasting and the lunch was superb - the hotel is decorated beautifully and welcoming us with tea and coffee in front of a open fire on a cold and wet afternoon was thoughtful - we will definitely return

A wonderfully spacious and most comfortable bed. The magnificent view of the castle, the spotless, spacious bathroom, and the delightful veranda overlooking the castle made it even more special. The hostess was incredibly friendly and accommodating. This is an absolute stunning place. We only booked one night here, and as soon as we arrived I did regret that. The atmosphere, the views over the vineyards and the beautiful hotel with so many nice details made this one of our best nights on our Portugal trip. The staff is so friendly. The wine and food was really good. This place gives you the chance to really relax and disconnect. It is very quiet and not many guests, so it's so peaceful. Totally better than what we expected when we booked. 10/10 recommend!
Everything- the most relaxing, beautiful, generous boutique hotel you could wish for. Excellent restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Stylish swimming pool overlooking miles of countryside.
A great little guesthouse, a modern accommodation right in the center of a typical rural wine country village. Plenty of little cafes and an easy drive to nearby attractions and wineries. New renovation. Owners couldn’t have been nicer.
