I liked the privacy and out door space to use. We liked the comfortable bed, bathroom and kitchen. I was very pleased to find quick access to hiking, running and biking trails. I was also please to have a couple of restaurants within walking distance.

Basically everything was just very high quality. The room very big and new, the house owner very sweet and always caring and the really big bath, which was just perfect for the end of the day. The bathroom was the cleanest and best one on this trip, but what really took the cake was the bed. Big, comfortable and just one of the best beds I've slept in. It is pricey, since it does not have a breakfast availability, but, for the quality of the room and the location, worth it.
Would very much recommend this place.

Very convenient, only a block or two from little town square with a number of restaurants (we enjoyed Pizzeria Modello). For some reason hard to find address on Google Maps but we found it with help. Clean and had a good shower, which was important when doing long days of hiking. Has a kitchen if one wants to use it, we didn't, but it was hard to find a place open for coffee on a Saturday AM, even at 9:30AM-- eventually, we found a place.

It was spacious both in the room and in public areas. Easy for parking and easy to get to from the roads. There were homey riches in the room and open areas, coffee or tea anytime, and always some fruit in the dining area. It was not quite a hostel but not as stuffy as a hotel. Quiet in the mornings and an interesting mix of lodgers. Both the owners were there and available but didn’t hover, and Dorien was a lifesaver as my ‘late’ arrival spun into an ‘after midnight’ arrival, but she was there to let me in and get me settled!

A pleasant stay with an extraordinary, very polite and charming elderly lady who cares not only about the tidiness of the rooms, but also about the atmosphere. Staying here was like staying at grandma's - delicious (!), hearty homemade breakfasts and tea made from leaves collected by the hostess. The place is also a great base for sightseeing and chilling by the ocean.
The location in a quiet spot inside the village of Odeceixe. The proximity to the beach (by car). The sympathy of the host. The house was comfortable, well decorated and well equipped. Wi-fi and children activities/games were provided.
Great location as a base for hikes or biking. The owner was lovely; the bar was cheap and the air conditioning worked well. Simple shared terrace to sit outside and have a drink if you wanted.
Great location for stop on Rota Vicentina trail. Nice room with balcony, spotless clean, comfortable bed, quiet location, with breakfast included. Close to the restaurants and shop. Friendly hosts.

The bed was comfortable. Thank you for the place for our wet clothes. The place was in the city centre but very quiet at the same time. The shower was perfect and freshly renovated.
Probably similar to others in this quaint village. The host is very helpful. Nice to have fridge, a few extra treats and espresso coffee pods, abrigado! Popular restauranr right across the road, but quiet at this time of year. Star café around the corner is nice! The a/c is also a heater, bonus during our stay!
A simply wonderful stay! Comfy bed, spotlessly clean, tasty, plentiful breakfast, pleasant garden area, great location, the icing on the cake however is the charming host. Fernando goes out of his way to ensure his guests have everything they need to feel welcome and have a comfortable stay.
We were truly enjoying our stay here and we definitely would like to come back one day. Hotel is located in most quiet and beautiful place. Our room was comfortable, common facilities (pool, garden, reading room) were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was super-diverse and tasty. There are 3 beautiful cats living at the property, which is a big "Like" from us. Our host suggested to pick us up and bring us back to Odeceixe, as the property is located outside the city center.
Vitor was a great host. We arrived a little later than expected. He was on hand to help us clean our bikes and check in.
He also made us dinner and breakfast which was exceptional. Very friendly animals as well to top it off. Lovely walk just down to the beach from his house. Incredibly serene and quiet
