Well maintained garden, building, spotlessly clean. Amazing views & tranquility!! Fantastic jacuzzi on the yoga deck. Fresh, well presented breakfast - highly recommended!!! Big Rooms with balcony, directly in the City of Monchique, friendly Personell. Rooms were vrry cold and have a tiled floor which ist cold too. Water didnt get very warm too so was mit so comfortable. No hairdryer or Shampoo, just hand soap.
But there is Air conditioning which helps with heating or cooling.
Would recommend To stay here in warmer nichts.

This ground floor apartment suited my needs. It is very spacious, modern, very clean, quiet and convenient to the hospital where I was visiting daily. Emma and Mike were exceptionally helpful to me, and welcoming in their beautiful home. It felt like home from home. It’s very close to the centre with shops and cafés and restaurants and a lovely walk by the river nearby.
Located in the heart of the city centre, and a 5-minutes’ walk to Portimão Railway Station, Next Innoffers air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom.

Location was great (although bridge is currently closed). View over the town is lovely. The owner was super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was superb! Price was really good but it’s winter - it goes up a lot in summer.

Gorgeous location, close proximity to local hikes and very easy to get around, 10 mins to Monchique and 30 mins to the coast. The gardens are beautiful and Karin is so helpful - probably the best host we’ve ever had. She gave us many great recommendations. The breakfasts were plentiful, with fresh fruit and avocados from the garden. Pack a warm layer as it’s windy and chillier up in the mountains.
Fantastic location for walk to Foia, very clean and comfortable stay , Carlos is a great host, he showed us around , gave us loads of informations about the area ,we absolutly loved the 3 nights we spent there

Great location with wonderful views with a lovely garden to walk around and a generous pool. The hosts/family very friendly and helpful. Several bar/restaurants nearby (family run chicken restaurant very good) and Monchique around ten minutes away.
The cottage is very charming. Though the bedroom is small, there is ample space & a lovely terrace with great views. Everything was very clean & you can start hiking from your doorstep. The host, Maria, is very kind & helpful. I had a great time!
lovely traditional Portuguese guesthouse set in beautiful location. it has a homely feel, an would be a good base for families and walkers. The property is surrounded by lush greenery, very quiet, but only a few minutes walk to the charming little town of Monchique. Hosts Daniel and mum Suzy made us very welcome, and gave us useful tips on the use of one of the spa facilities nearby (discount at the mention of Bica Boa).
