Spectacular view! Very clean studio; exceptionally confortable bed. We had a car rented and parking was possible in front of the house garage. Access to the pool is through the yard, walking by the apartment below the one we stayed in. Kitchen equiped with all one could need for a quick breakfast. The bathroom was a 10+... I really appreciated the attention to details!

The location was in center of Ribera Brava , just 5-6 minute walk to beach and the town center. It had bus connectivity to Funchal also.
The room was daily cleaned.
View from the room was also perfect with a slight glimpse of sea.
Free Parking for Car and Scooter was just also round the corner , also there were numerous paid parking.
Kitchen also had everything to cook , though a bit congested.

Sauna and jacuzzi were nice, even though the jacuzzi was too cold in my opinion. Nice small room with fridge.

+ New house, built using good quality materials - not too cheap.
+ Near shop, bakery and restaurant.
+ Quiet - no road noise and no machinery noises. ( Other rooms had no guests so this can be subjective to my stay )
+ Can "black out" the room - proper window + shutter and curtains.
+ Key box check in, didn't meet anyone.
+ Clean.
Good for hiking trip: good sleep + coffee in bakery + water from shop and go.

Very friendly people. Check-in was easy and flexible. The accommodation has a great location by the sea and is equipped with everything you need. We especially remember the funny man next door.
great location, next to the beach, enormeus terace with fantastic view and soraunding, big rooms, complimentaries inside, clean, evrything you need in the kichen, great walkin shower, towels for the beach, the host was very kind and friendly, she helped with what ever we needed, gave good advice about sightseeing informations we asked
We arrived to the Guest House at 1a.m. and Sérgio the owner was waiting for us for our check-in, it's really kind of his part,
The Guesthouse is perfect from all points of view and the location is magic (banana trees all around, moutains, flowers, sea...),

We really enjoyed our stay at Vai Vem. The place is very quiet and the flat very comfortable. We didn't get to meet the host but the explanations given were very precise. We hope to be back soon.
Great place to stay, especially if you prefer staying in a quiet village near the ocean (instead of a bigger city like Funchal). Adriana was a great host and pointed us towards the nice spots, hikes and more on the island.
Unbelievable. Absolutely fantastic apartment. Very clean. Very friendly hosts. Quietly And peacefull place. Madalena do mar is beautiful village also. We will come back next time
