The property has everything you need but is basic, but for the low price you're paying that's what you get. Walkable to downtown Furnas and parking is close by. Small room but again for the low price, you get what you pay for!

Furnas is so walkable to everything we needed, or wanted to see. Great host, Very accommodating, and communicative. The kitchen was very well appointed.
great location, just next to the Terra nostra park. The room had a nice balcony overlooking the mountain. The room itself is modern, nice bed, there were tea bags and biscuits :) the hotel has the washing machine and the dryer, which is very convinient. the host was very responsive.

It was a wonderful stay! The place was spacious and super clean, equipped with everything you need in the house. Pedro is an outstanding host, very communicative, and caring. Some local food welcomed us, and we got fresh bread to our door everyday!
The neighborhood is quiet and safe, within walking distance from the city center. Great location to explore the rest of the island. There is no problem with parking in front of the building.
I highly recommend Pedro's place when visiting the Azores, you won't be disappointed.
The apartment is located in the center of Furnas, very close (walking distance) to good restaurants and thermal springs. The check-in was easy, the instructions were provided remotely by the host via phone. Common areas (kitchen, living room) are very nicely decorated, and the kitchen is also fully equipped and useful. There is a free public parking available just across the street, which is great. Other guests in the house were quiet and respectful. The value for money was OK.
It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Furnas Boutique, the host was very nice and the house is wonderful. It is located right in the center of Furnas, close to the thermal baths and in a very quiet area.
The house is charming and situated on the hills, with the terrace facing the city and the furnas. It's a very confortable house, well furnished and quiet. We enjoyed it although we were out most of the time to explore. The location is convenient to explore the east of the island and the center, provided you have a car. Walkable distance from the center of furnas. We didn't see our host but contact was flawless. Would definitely recommend.
Everything. Pedro was a very great host which we could contact whenever we needed something. He prepared fresh fruits when we arrived and we got every morning bread on the door. The apartment was clean with a beautiful terrace.
