* Very kind, helpful hosts/proprietors, who are available to let you in at the gate when you first arrive and call them. They also explain "rules" of the property clearly and show you to your room, and check if you are interested in arranging a breakfast / other meal for an additional fee.
* Beautiful property exactly as described (there are plenty of animals around the property)
* A small part of the house is available at night-time, only for access to some paid food+drink the hosts make available (wine, beer, some food), as well as some free food items (cake, water, possibly coffee, I believe)
* I had a car and parking was very easy as well. In my case, I was able to park right in front of my building.

The host is fantastic and very willing to chat and answer any questions you might have. We stored our bags at the guest house after we checked out and picked them up before our bus at 15:45.

The room was quiet and private. The bathroom had everything I needed. The location turned out to be a little ways from the center of things, which was fine except for the first night when it was difficult to find a restaurant nearby. The proximity to the aqueduct was amazing!
There was access to a kitchen and to a living room available to all guests. I didn't use either, but it was nice to know they were there. There was a crib and a single bed in my room, in addition to the double bed I used. Again, that was a nice feature.

From the moment we walked into the foyer of this 400 year old home we knew that we were going to enjoy a really authentic experience. Our room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was supplied with all amenities. It was a very short stroll to the historic main plaza with restaurants and shops. Our breakfast was included in the tariff and was served in a dining room with a huge chandelier hanging from the ceiling. What an amazing property. The host was friendly and charming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Solid stay at Évora Inn. We stayed in a nice room on top floor with a balcony overlooking a main square. Great hosts always willing to help any way they can.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
This was a very nice place to stay. Clean and quiet, well stocked kitchen, two bathrooms! Best things are the private terrace off the bedroom, lovely cool air conditioning on a very hot day, and great location to all the sites and shopping.
Our host was fantastic, even though I never met her in person her communication was very quick and excellent and we are so grateful for the extra help she offered to receive a package that was being mailed to us from Porto.
Thanks again Leonor!!
A lovely guesthouse with delightful character. The old part of the house was charming with lovely lounge room for guests. Room was modern, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Victor is a wonderful host who welcomed us warmly and helped us with many things including advice on what to do , where to eat etc
Victor is an excellent host, the whole guest house facility is beautiful, the breakfast was exceptional, you are having it literary in a museum (in a positive way).
Orange trees in blossom.
A great location in the old town of Evora. Parking could be difficult, but you can buy parking in the facility.
Great location just a stones throw from the Chapel of bones and a short walk to the city centre.
View from our room looked over the square towards the Chapel.
The hostess didn’t live at the property but was very helpful.
Wonderful hosts. Friendly dogs. Fantastic for our toddler with the fruit trees, swing, sandpit, swimming pool. Great location near Evora but also felt quiet & remote in the countryside.
A charming little guesthouse with a handy shared kitchen and a lovely rooftop terrace. My room had two juliette balconies overlooking a lovely, quiet square with a very comfy bed and good wifi. Giraldo Square, the cathedral, Chapel of souls, shops and restaurants are just a few minutes walk away - it's a central location, but set back from the bustle of the town. The real gem here is the host, Carla - super helpful and very friendly. And Evora - what a wonderful place to visit!
The host (Victor) was the best host you could wish for. He explained everything to us and even gave us tipps for the rest of our trip. The guesthouse is in the middle of the city and you can reach the main square in 5 min. by foot. The rooms were super clean and it was super quiet. Breakfast was exceptionally good and also the garden with pool was perfect to get a welcomed refreshment after a tour through evora.
Great host, very friendly and helpfull, knows the city very well and has good recommendations. The accommodation offers a very nice pool to relax in during those hot times of they day while only a minute away from the city centre.
The host Carla is simply the best. The roof terrace view is amazing. Great location a short walk from the centre. Useful cheap parking in the quiet square where the property is located.
