Beautifully located, lovingly hosted. Staff was incredibly friendly. Breakfast was well-made with fresh fruit and vegetables from the hotel garden. There is complimentary water, coffee, tea at the hotel and a little shop for water and snacks. We felt very welcomed and would definitely recommend staying here.

Very lovely place. Its quiet and the views over Funchal are beautiful. The towels and linen were neat and clean. Its a detached room with very optimized use of space. There is even a micro and fridge with ample utencils. Coffee and cakes are also provided in the room, that's a very nice touch.

Alan and his partner were an excellent hosts, very accommodating and they both made sure that I had the best time at their property! It’s a great location to discover the west part of the island.
Private garden with view and everything you need in the apartment. We spend all evenings in the garden which was very relaxing and peaceful. Everything was very clean and Zeza is a great host. We were welcomed with flowers. It is a perfect spot to explore the island.

We really liked our stay. The hostel is in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and quiet. The windows face the main street, but the room was not noisy. The insulation is very good, and the room also has a fan in case of heat. Very easy check in and check out.

Great location if you have a car - half way between mountains and the coast, short drive to each of them. Most of the island is within 45 mins reach.
Clean flat on the ground floor with nice view towards the ocean and a green valley below it. Quiet and peaceful location with parking by the property, child friendly. All amnesties one needs even for a longer stay. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.
