You could see that the hosts take good care of it. They are very welcoming and available people, every morning fresh bread is brought in the kitchen.

This is a lovely property. The rooms and bathrooms are incredibly clean, comfortable and modern. The communal spaces are excellent too - the kitchen is well-equipped kitchen (with tea and coffee for the morning), there is a spacious garden with benches and lawn space, and a comfortable living room with very helpful guides and leaflets about the island provided. There is lots of on-road parking at the front too. There is a supermarket and ATM close by. The drive into town is just 5 minutes. Self check-in was also very easy.

They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Everything was perfect! I don’t think you can meet nicer hosts anywhere else. They were the most welcoming, helpful and charming persons I’ve met. The room was super clean and comfortable, and even it’s a hostel, it’s super quiet at night. I slept very well! Thank you again for everything!
This is the loveliest hotel I have ever stayed in! On one hand, you can feel the rich history of the place, and on the other hand, it's a charming boutique hotel where every detail is beautifully crafted. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the amazing breakfast, and the stunning views. It’s a place I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Angra.
Angra stole my heart; it's a place I would love to return to. You can take a leisurely 20-minute walk to the city center or drive to convenient public parking spots.

Great hostel in a convenient location. Everything was comfortable and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Hostel was quiet and had everything I needed during my stay.
