Staff is great. The apartment, while a bit funky (e.g. the dining room table is in the bedroom instead of the kitchen/living space) is spacious and if you don't mind the non-traditional layout, quite nice. The shower has tons of hot water at an exceptionally good pressure. The apartment is outfitted with electrical sockets throughout so there is no competition between recharging devices and a required wake up alarm. The bed if far more comfortable than expected. In summary, this is a great property.

There was a problem with induction kitchen but stuff was very helpful. It works but it was just locked. I do not really use induction kitchen at home so I did not know.

The manager was friendly, though not professional. I found the room decently clean. Above all, it was cheap accommodation in a pricey locale: Wieliczka.

Beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. Comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen (fantastic coffee machine), great shower. There's even a bathroom scale to check your holiday weight, I don't know if it's working, I did not want to know :) Exceptional host, made us feel welcome.

Everything was very clean, the garden and outside areas were very nice. There was air conditioning and everything you need to cook etc. The host was also extremely helpful and welcoming. We also loved the design of the room and the Sauna too.
Beautiful place with perfect location (very close to Lidl, Airport, Krakow Zoo) which has everything you need (fully equipped and beautifully designed apartments, sauna, huge playground for kids, pool, barbecue zone, big territory, parking) and even more (very kind and supportive host that can print your boarding tickets, give you weight for luggage, park your car even after your leave)
Beata is an amazing host, very welcoming and helpful. Her place is very tastefully designed with a charm that many 5* hotels fail to encapsulate. Furnishings are very comfortable to the touch and highly stylish. Gives you an authentic and classy feel for southern Poland harbouring modern amenities without trying to be stale modern.
