Great flat perfect for visiting Kołobrzeg. It is 20 minutes walk from the beach and 30 minutes walk from the city centre, which for us was ideal. The flat comes with a little fridge/freezer, microwave and induction (but no traditional oven). All pots, pans, cutlery and plates is provided. There was even sugar, tea, coffee and spices. The host also provides a beach umbrella and wind screen.
There were two TVs but we only used the one in the living room and it had all the essentials like Netflix and Amazon Prime :)
It is a good apartment in a great location. It is located in a nice residential area where at night you can hear the sea sound. It is only 20 mins walking to the beach and 20 mins walking to the city center. The marine is just a few minutes walking. The apartment has all you need and more, fully equipped kitchen, shower, hot water, hair dryer, washing machine etc.
Comfy and nice apartment, very clean. Apartment is well equipped with all appliances. Complementary water was provided. The host is very nice and super responsive. Good location, 20 min walk to the beach, 25 min walk to city center. Bus stop very near, shops in the area. The neighborhood was calm and quiet.

2min to old town , 20 min walk to the sandy beach, balcony facing lovely park and old sculptures !!! Soundproof windows, luxury equipment, very comfortable apartment !!! Free Parking on rear - busy …but we always have a spot ;) Simply perfect accommodation and host happy to help 24/7 … 👌
Great location as well as standard of the facility . The host was very attentive and responded to calls immediately. On the rainy day an umbrella was offered to me which I found it very useful. Many thanks for hospitality.
The hotel is in a really great location. Those who have the classic claim to a 5* hotel will certainly be disappointed. It is a well kept hotel for a family with children. If you go to breakfast in time, you also have your quiet place in the morning. Good breakfast in bright and friendly rooms. If you need a parking space, it would have to be reserved in advance at the hotel. Directly opposite the hotel there is a guarded parking lot, which is 15 zloty per day cheaper than in the hotel itself.
very comfortable apartment in great location - in the city centre but quiet (other than the seagulls, but that's what you get for being at the sea side). Friendly, responsive and accommodating hosts. Really cool pub in old water tower just down the road.
