I had a very good stay here. I asked for a quiet room and got one upstairs. Staff were all very helpful with luggage, transport, information and security. Everything worked as expected. My motorcycle was given special parking space under cover from the sun.
Been here twice now, really comfortable. Excellent customer service and a really quiet and good location. Not far from university Road but there are plenty of shops around nearby to buy stuff from too. Food is really good quality.
Wel honestly the staff is very unprofessional staff, the owner is very cooperative and narrow minded person, I could not explain in my words how bad experience we had at that time. Actually, I booked it for a foreigner guest who were alone and they were time and again forcing Me to leave the guest house and only person can stay here. Although.i made a booking by own for the reason that I am already I booking person.
Anyways guys think we'll before going to this guest house. Cheaper rates means cheaper service
Shelton Guest House....What a nice and wonderful hotel for stay. I liked hotel's interior decoration, their breakfast timing and buffet breakfast also excellent. Room comfort is excellent. Thumbs up for Shelton Hotel and their staff.
