Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
In the center of Vigan! Great location and extremely friendly staff!
The Cantina beside also makes everything so easy! The free brewed coffee and iced tea all day is a plus!
Great location, friendly staff, was quiet and we slept really well in comfortable beds. Basic room but just what we required. Breakfast classic Filipino style and only available until 8am.
Clean rooms, great Location..near the city center and the famed Crisologo Street, friendly staff and did extra mile to adjust our breakfast time early eventhough it says 7am, was delivered straight to the room around 630am, quick response to queries such as shuttle/ transpo services to Laoag Airport inquiries.
Owner was very attentive and helpful; I got a pickup from the bus station late at night.
The place is very nice and quiet, a bit outside the city centre but still reachable on foot. Good price for the quality too I find.
The location is in a quiet area of Vigan Mestizo District; a leisurely 5-minute walk to Calle Crisologo. It's also a stone's throw to First Sinanglawan, where I had a nice breakfast of sinanglaw and arroz caldo. The amenities and facilities are quite standard for a boutique hotel, but what I really love is the very big space of the accommodation. The property owner is also very responsive to our needs and is very accommodating.
This hotel is in the yard, so it is very quiet. It is a new building, everything is new and in good condition. TV have BBC, CNN and many more English channels. Purified drinking water is supplied. It has a excellent location, less than a 10 min walk to supermarket, bus terminal, and city market place. The world heritage streets and historical city center is also in a walking distance. And more, a good price for budget travelers. After Manila, Baguio and Banaue, Happy Grey Hotel is the best I stayed.
Quiet but convenient location. Spacious room with sitting area and small kitchen.
Reception services are very helpful and attentive. Helped to solve various issues, I.e. register your SMART SIM card.
Small family shop across offers reasonable priced bottles of cold beer open late at night.
6 Brothers open air restaurant nearby offers local food and 🍺, tasty and cheap.
Great location in the old city center. Everybody in the hotel was really friendly and helpful. Got lots of info about what to do and see on Vigan. And they were great help organizing a car for travelling on without paying ridiculous rates.
Room was large and nice. Good value for money. Would definitely book again.
