The accommodation looks lovely but don't let looks be deceiving.
Air Con extremely noisy, you can't leave it on overnight if you want to get some sleep. Trouble is it is too hot with it off.
Water pressure in the shower dropped off to nothing part way through! Drain in the bathroom stunk the whole room out even with the door shut.
Cups in the room but the tea/coffee making facilities are outside in reception.
Mirror is in the wrong place to ve able to dry your hair in front of as the lead from the socket doesn't reach.
Don't get rooms 1 or 2 as they are directly in reception which gets very noisy with people checking in/out.
If you want an alarm for 3am that's great as the cockerel starts then!
Also, Netflix got switched off part way through the movie we were watching.
We would say spend a little more money for more comfort.
On a plus note the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Sheets clean and soft. Good AC. Great host who communicated quickly. Pool was lovely. Make sure your host gives you a code/pass to swim (ours did) or the guards won’t let you in.
clean, quiet and safe, very small kitchen area so not that suitable for cooking but good washing machine in bathroom and dry clothes on balcony, I would stay again if I needed to be in that area
