It’s a great location and the open-air common areas and terraces are lovely! Air conditioning in the room worked very well and I enjoyed having a terrace.

The guest house was in a great location. The owners were very nice. The common area and facilities were great. The bedroom had everything we needed, especially with an air conditioner and Netflix and was very clean. Thank you
We have been backpacking for a month around Philippines so we slept mostly in cheap hostels. This accomodation was a luxury for us. Our room were very spacious, the facilities still looks new, we love the solid wood materials they used for the rooms. Rooms are soundproof so you wouldn't be woken up by the highway noises or dogs barking. You can watch netflix as well. Location is not near city center but we prefer it that way as we want to be far from the chaos.
This guesthouse is a wonderful and so quiet place in the center of Legazpi City. The room was spacious, very clean. The staff was amazing and we could enjoy so much the beauty of Balai Tinay. Many nice restaurants are walking distance from the guesthouse, that's a bonus.
Nice room, with aircon and very clean. Great location, close to amenities and restaurants. Feels very homely, great facilities and quiet in the evenings. The owner gave lots of good recommendations and helped organised transport and tours. I even left my passport at the hostel and he organised a taxi to drive it to the airport for me so I didn’t miss my flight.
The location is on a quiet neighborhood. The room is spacious and the host is very nice and accommodating. The rooftop views of Mayon was the perfect icing on the cake. We'll definitely go back!

Close to city centre, very helpful host and lovely house - we stayed for a very short time so couldn't enjoy the living areas fully unfortunately and didn't get to see the terrace/rooftop with Mt Mayon view.
Perfect place to stay when you are in Legazpi, great location not too far from city center and very qiuet. Room was clean and neat with HOT shower, nice vibe, nice host with lots of recommendations, overall, great stay!
