The room where we stayed was the biggest room they have (as the owner and his staff told us). They immediately upgraded our room because the room we booked was not immediately reserved for us. Kudos to Hazel (staff) for accommodating us.
The place was near the venue for the board exams (Doña Elena Tower). It was also relaxing to stay and rest because the room was clean. Toiletries were available as well as the first 2 pitchers of water. Coffee was also included.

The owner was very responsive. They also informed us about the stores nearby and the time they close which is very informative. The house was clean and very secure, the facilities are great, it will really make you feel relaxed and well rested while you stay, area is very quiet but still very accessible, its easy to hail a tricycle whenever you want to go somewhere. And its also easy to book grab and foodpanda.
location was great since it is near the church. the staff are very welcoming and nice! the place is also quiet and secured. the rate that we got is very affordable. we will stay here again.
