We had a wonderful stay! The place is tucked in a peaceful and calm area, you can hear some crickets at night and you have a good view of the backyard while having coffee in the morning - which the hosts offer with a fee if your room rate doesn’t include it. My partner is a virtual assistant and WiFi is one of the most important things we consider when traveling and this place did not disappoint. He was able to work at night at around 200mbps or more. The hosts, Bastien and Rose were so friendly and warm. They greet tou every morning with a smile. They were kind enough to give us tourist spot recommendations and they also have a booklet available to look at. Room is well kept and AC is good. They provide towels and the soap is homemade - smells so good.

The longer trip to Anda paid off! They were beautiful days in 1peace. A trip to White Beach, Caves, Alicia Hike and Rice Terraces are not too far away (we did a tricycle trip).
Snorkeling with great corals and turtles right in front (50m?) of the property. Or a snorkeling trip by boat is also recommended.
The food was great! Maybe the best pizza in the Philippines.
I had my first dive in 1peace. Nice diving instructor, diving top!

1) Excellent wifi, good enough to work online with video calls. Angela told us that a previous bad review was due to a cyclone that affected the whole island. We stayed for almost a week and never had a connexion issue! This is exceptional for the country, so if you're coming to work as a digital nomad, this is the place for you! It might even be the only place in town!
2) Angela is simply adorable and very helpful!
3) The room was good enough and clean. No problem at all with water pressure or the bathroom!
4) Free water, hot or cold!
5) A small shared outdoor area, with a private table on the family balcony.
6) You could order very basic breakfast and lunch (plain rice and fried chicken) for only 150 PHP, which is much cheaper than the restaurants in town.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
The resort is in a quiet location with beautiful gardens and sea views. The dive centre is great - I did my first/discovery scuba dive with Eleuterio. He was very professional and a gentle soul, putting me at ease.
I also loved the pool! It has different depths to suit all ages/swimmers.
My family had a great stay in Anda Sea Breeze Pension house. The location is very nice, can easily access the beach. We went to the beach early in the morning - not crowded and the kids enjoyed it very much. The accommodation and the breakfast prepared by the host were excellent! Thank you so much Anda Sea breeze! Highly recommended.
The place was quiet and serene, that’s what I loved must about this place, along with the amazing human beings that are Rose and Sebastien.
They have two sweetest puppys ever that we love so much also.
You will have to rent a scooter if you sleep there, but you can rent directly from them at a very low rate.
Bus can also stop you in the front of the path to the house, which is convenient.
Breakfast was good and quite cheap.
Unlimited free potable water
Communication on booking app was very good.
Shari is a wonderful host of Kim’s Garden. Our room was in a lovely quiet jungle paradise with a view of the ocean and reefs. So relaxing! We arrived hungry in the mid-afternoon and Shari immediately cooked us a delicious meal of fresh fish and vegetables from her garden. Her breakfast was delicious - the best we’ve eaten in the Philippines and we were sorry to have to leave this jungle garden paradise. If you want to get away from it all and enjoy nature, this is the place for you!
Great hostel by the beach, nice atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious food and alternatives beers than the usual Filipino ones for a very descent price.
I had a great time there !
Loved the view and the quietness and the peacefullness.
Fantastic Pizza's here.
Beach is great, except...(See What Didnt Like Section)
Loved the router being in the room to allow fair Wifi access.
Great hot water in the shower.
Very friendly hosts, even i struggles to understand the French accent. ;-)
The host family is nice, and even invited us to a beauty pageant (which was a huge deal with a lot of people)
Scooter rental for 350 php was very cheap and of good quality. We even got to borrow it for an hour after checking out for free!
We had two 160 double beds which were comfortable and the sheets smelled lovely. Room was very good in size and had a small patio with two chairs and a table.
The small pool was nice, with three sun chairs.
The room got dark with the curtains.
15-20 minute walk to the main beach in Anda
great location near town, but still quiet and set in a nice open setting, great value for money as Anda is not really a budget destination. its tied up with the old castle resort in the town the diving is good value also I would stay again next time I am in Anda
