Very spacious and clean. So close to the bus ticket booth and the bus stop for Machu Picchu. The hostel even gave me a pack of snacks for the hike with a flag of my country. Plus, some souvenirs are sold at better prices here so I bought things here. The staff is really nice, too.

The owner was very kind and helpful. He picked us up from the train station and guided us to the hotel. He also gave us good advice on hiring a tour guide and let us store our bag there during the day for free while we went up to Machu Picchu.

I had a good overall experience, but there are a few things to keep in mind. The windows didn’t close properly, which meant I had to deal with mosquitoes and even some large spiders at night. Additionally, the water temperature wasn’t as hot as I would have liked. However, given the hot and humid climate, cold showers can be refreshing, though they might not be ideal for early morning or late-night use.

The owners were so wonderful and helpful. I highly recommend if you're going to Machu Picchu staying in this hotel there was some noise from the building next door but other than that I highly recommended the breakfast was delicious as well
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
The couple running the hostel are absolutely lovely. They are so friendly and happy to help with everything - restaurant recommendations, booking bus tickets to Machu Picchu, giving general advice for Machu Picchu, booking a private guide etc. The breakfast included was amazing too - fruits, egg, bread etc. - perfect meal before setting off to Machu Picchu. The room itself was great with a private bedroom and a view of the scenery outside. The hostel was spotless and in a great location.
Everything from the location, the staff and cleanliness of the hostel was great. Had an amazing few days with Antonella, Olivia and Santiago among other staff. The food was also delicious. I definitely recommend this place if you want to really come and enjoy what it means to be in a great hostel.
Clean, spacious rooms, super accommodating staff, great location close to the thermal baths and waterfall. Aguas Calientes is a surprisingly quaint little town. If you look for relaxation and good atmosphere I recommend staying a couple of nights.
Wow, loved this place. The room overlooked the mountains and village, super comfy beds, great location that is central but still nice and quiet, open air brekky with a view to die for! The steps to get there are a pain, but the view you end up with is more than worth it.
Everything was perfect. The room was clean and with a nice design. I was a bit worried because of noise that you can usually hear in a hostel, but it was all quiet during the night and we slept very well. The hotel gives also the possibility to have the breakfast starting 4:30 AM (which is perfect for those visiting Machu Picchu early in the morning.)
Delicious breakfast with Quinio pancakes fresh fruit eggs and coffee. Very kind host. Quiet location for a comfortable sleep. Many restaurants less than a minute walk from the hotel.
