Large comfortable bed, large communal areas, space to store bicycles, hot shower, quiet atmosphere. Claudette was responsive on WhatsApp for questions & issues.
Freddy is the nicest host you could have. He speaks English very well and it was so nice to really get to know someone here. He helped us with anything we needed and he and his wife are so kind and welcoming. I truly felt at home and I will come back if I can! Also Volcán is really pretty and quiet and the people there are more welcoming of tourists than in other cities we experienced (David/Panama City) and even though most people don’t really know English here with the help of Freddy and the basics in Spanish you’ll be just fine.
The cabin was spacious and comfortable, the host made out stay very enjoyable, the hostess provide some very interesting sights to look up and enjoy , thanks so much for that!
The apartment was just right for 2 people. We had so much fun using the facilities in the covered outdoor space, mainly the pool table and the stereo. We loved the cooler weather without being too cold while outside in the evening. The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly and provided recommendations for local restaurants.
