The 3 boys who run this (18, 20 & 23) for the parents are very nice. The location is OK with a short walk to the beach. The room was fine and the bed was comfortable but the AC is old / needs coolant and could not keep up during the mid day heat. Nice washing machine available for use. The old fridge works OK and the gas stove was fine.

The staff was lovely and extremely accommodating to our flexible schedule. The location was adorable. Its a quick drive to the marina and a nice walk to the beach.

Well appointed, as demonstrated by the pictures, and the host is very responsive and helpful. We had everything we needed, from salt and pepper, to beach towels ans washer/dryer (a huge plus). Walking distance to a small super (grocery) and about 10 min drive to Coronado.
