Quiet and has beautiful garden. Can see the sheep just over the wire fence. Good space for parking. Not far from Lincoln Town. The host kindly allowed us to check in one hour earlier and took us to the room and brief instructions. Spacious room and bed. The kitchen has all the basic stuff, very thoughtful.

Amazing room, so comfortable with plenty of light and table, mini fridge and window, this was Room 1.
The bathroom had soap, shampoo and conditioner included, as well as coffee making facilities too!

Very nice, warm comfortable house. Caters for all ages! Kids and adults both enjoyed the stay. Caring and friendly hosts. We’ll definitely book for future stays.
The check-in process was very easy, the owner was very friendly (and their cat rupert was lovely too!), the facilities were clean & modern, it's one of the few motels I have stayed in where there were environmentally conscious choices evident (i.e. individual shampoo packets, organic soaps etc). The room was quiet, spacious and in a great location. The TV had movie channels which is always nice. The room service was great.
We didn't get the breakfast, but we were very impressed with the accommodation, very clean, warm, spacious and quiet. Motel is in a great location close to shops, bars and food places. Would certainly stay there again
