Breakfast was provided, as were a range of teas, and coffee. Our hosts were so friendly, and really encouraging of us and our business. It was a quiet, relaxing, safe, and clean place for us to call home while we were in the area for work. It is located relatively centrally, and we found it easy to commute to and from Mystery Creek. Nothing was a problem, and we felt comfortable getting in touch with our hosts to ask questions. When you're busy, a comfy bed is a must, and this nailed it.

Booked on very short notice. Address easy to find. Hosts flexible and very communicative. Exactly the sort of place we were looking for between Auckland and Rotorua. Comfortable beds. Super-clean and tidy. Fresh jumbo eggs and streaky bacon, bread, jams provided for breakfast. Delicious. The best part, though we only met for a few minutes as we departed ( we had arrived late after a flight ), was our host couple, Andrea and Bill. Couldn’t have been more lovely. They were so cheerful, friendly and welcoming.., genuinely interested in our travels and free with tips to make our NZ stay pleasant. Gifted us a rosemary sprig and lemon from their garden as antidote to the hideous air freshener which suffused our rental car. Outstanding folks.

The location was good. A short scenic drive to Hobbiton. April was super nice and the accommodations were nice. The breakfast common area was a nice touch and there were even lemons growing nearby that I used for my tea.

Beautiful property with a lot of space. The photos don't do it justice. Very quiet and clean. Easy access with some gorgeous furry friends to welcome us. Great recommendations for places to eat in town as well

It was close enough to the city centre for restaurants and shopping but far enough away to be quiet and not disturbed by traffic. The home was modern and comfortable. Great location to explore the area with your own transport.
Very tidy, great location and the bowl of fresh fruit on the way in was a fantastic gesture. Having met up with the Labradoodle and their owner (one of the hosts) after dinner out we were even happier with our choice.
The friendly and helpful host. Spotlessly clean rooms. Plenty of parking. Quiet and safe area. Good to have a fridge in the kitchen to store food. Freshly baked muffins! Good location and within walking distance to Hamilton Gardens and city center.
The location was fantastic, lovely views of the river, and close to the Te Awa bike trail. Lovely and clean, quiet but so close to town, very sunny, had everything we needed. Great hosts, nothing was a problem, and we loved the chocs and wine left in the fridge for us! Such a nice welcoming touch! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.
