The location was amazing! Gayle and Norm, our hosts, were exceptional- full of information and incredibly helpful. The accommodations were simple, comfortable and very clean. There was outdoor space which was nice. Right across from beach and a good restaurant. Easy walk to town and restaurants. Very good value with exceptional hosts!

Everything but especially those special touches Sarita does so well. The hot chocolate and marshmallows for instance, and the lovely welcome note. The beds are so comfortable and the linen beautiful. Loads of hot water, a coffee machine, beautiful choice of teas, too many things to adequately cover here. Best of all though is that my dog is welcome too. It was a perfect little home away from home. It was very warm, clean, had everything you could need and more! It was so cosy and I would absolutely stay here again anytime I’m in Christchurch. The owners even supplied us with milk, beautiful bread, butter and jams, and some wee snacks. It was very thoughtful and very much appreciated! Awesome price for location. 5 minute walk to city centre but quiet location at night with great off street parking. Very basic amenities but has everything you need and beds comfy. Hosts brilliant and will go back
Steve was our host. He was polite ,had a warm personality and very helpful as to what attractions to see and food outlets restaurants etc to be found locally.
The cottage was within walking distance to the city centre, and was quite a quiet location.The continental breakfast was just fine for our needs.
Steve even set breakfast out in our cottage for our early start the next day.
Lovely establishment secure and quiet surroundings, room clean and quaint, perfectly situated close to attractions in the city centre.
