Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Perfect location with stunning view on the fjord. Sauna in the house and direct access to the fjord gave us unforgettable experience. Great terrace and very well equipped kitchen. House was clean and contact with host very friendly.
A very Nice room with an incredible view of a waterfall. Off the beaten path hostel/hotel/camping. Lovely environment. Wonderful staff and very helpful. Excellent breakfast in a very lovely dining room with antiques. Comfortable beds and private bath in the lodge area. We had access to a shared kitchen and lounge area that was very nice.
Beautiful decor guest house with four rooms. Wonderfully equipped communal kitchen and restaurant-like dining room. Immaculate bathrooms and loved included bathrobe. Reading room/balcony/veranda were stunning. Lovely host showed us round and recommended local attractions.
I came here with a friend. We had a great stay, the guest house and rooms are charming, comfortable and clean. The house does not offer restaurant services but you can find a grocery store in the village and use the large and fully equipped kitchen or go to the nice restaurant of the hotel nearby.
There is also a sitting area on the balcony that has an amazing view. I definitely recommend this place.
The guesthouse was in a beautiful location, very cozy and clean from the inside. The host was absolutely nice and gave me a very warm welcome. Great Kitchen was clean and had everything to cook a nice meal (probably even more, since the guesthouse was formerly used as a restaurant).
