The Manor House Sakrisoy Gjestegard is in our opinion the best place to stay in the lower Lofoten area. Wonderful views of Reine, the whole Mountain range and Hamnoy. We had a great conversation with Jack the Manager, who gave us also some valuable tips on the best places to spot the northern lights. If you want to spoil yourself book the Suite Olstind Mountain. That's truly one of a kind accommodation.

We like everything. The location on the fjord is beautiful and so quiet. The view from the sauna is superb. The house offers every possible comfort. Clean and welcoming, you feel at home. We recommend this address. From this place you can listen to the silence...
Clean, tasteful interior, great location (50 metres to the beach), well equipped. Coffee machine and coffee were fantastic. Communication was excellent.
We had a large cabin overlooking the meadow for the tents and the beach.

Localization on the bank of the fiord was superb, there were not too many neighbors, and it was a quiet place.
Quite a nice kitchen (it could handle 6 people at ease), a saloon with a nice sofa, and the view. Fast internet - used for planning trips, etc. We haven't seen the host - only some signs of his passion - moto racing: prizes, cups, etc. This may be one of the main themes of this house.
