The fjord sauna is right in front of the property. Comfortable beds, equipped kitchen. If something is missing they are willing to help at the reception if they can.
Free parking is available. It's a perfect starting point for many trips in the area. I would recommend Fjord Cruise, kayaking, Flamm village, and Stegastein viewpoint.

House is clean ,tidy,spacious. Kitchen ware is fully equipped. Location is good but it's wrongly marked on google map. Also you need to be more cautious while drive to the house in snow weather. The view is really priceless and worth every penny you spend.

The hosts at Svingen Guesthouse are so friendly and helpful! Our room and the guest house are both very clean and we love the vibe of the house. It is quiet and there is a lot of space to enjoy the views.
Our room and the guest house was spacious and very clean. Joe and Peter made us feel very welcome and we felt very much at home. The guesthouse is less than a ten minute walk from the main harbour but it is tucked away so it is very quiet. The view from our room and the balcony was beautiful! We only wished we could have stayed longer.
Svingen Guesthouse is in a most marvelous location right by the fjord. Nearly all common rooms - of which there are quite a few - give you a view of the fjord and the mountains. It is quiet, peaceful and relaxing. I wish we could have stayed longer! Next time I hope. The house is kept meticulously clean and has a lot of charm with its unique furnishings. A highly recommended place!
