I can’t recommend this place enough! A beautiful house in an ideal location for outdoor enthusiasts. The manager, Jack, is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and helped guests in planning sight seeing, hiking or other activities tailored to their interests. The shared kitchen and common areas were great for preparing food and fostered a sense of community among the guests.

Lovely home in Mortsund, located centrally on Lofoten with a 10 minute drive from Leknes. We stayed for a week and felt very welcome by the hosts; Anne Karine, Stein and their family were very kind and helpful with any questions we had. The house was super clean and gets cleaned regularly.
Our room (3 bedroom loft "Ida") was spacious and provided an amazing scenic view.
Despite the house being shared with other guests in four other rooms, we never had any problems coordinating the use of the kitchen or the shower. The living room is also very spacious so that there is enough space for everyone. Views from the kitchen and living room are amazing.

We received a very warm and friendly welcome from Angela. She showed us everything and explained everything. The location and the facilities in the room are really great. The only drawback is that the toilet is on the ground floor, so depending on the location of the room you have to climb a few stairs each time. This is particularly inconvenient for older people. Nevertheless, it gets full marks because everything else was perfect. p.s. Price-performance ratio was also top notch! Thank you very much!

Very lovely and quaint traditional-style cabin right near the water. The cabin was very clean (including the modern renovated bathroom) and had everything we needed for a short stay. Communication with the host as well as check-in and check-out were very easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again.
Gorgeous spacious apartment with fabulous view over the bay and mountains. Kitchen is well stocked for self catering though a few items missing. Huge bathroom with washing machine. Good internet. Great location from which to explore the Lofotens. Very responsive host.
Jostein’s accomodation fully exceeded our expectations. We instantly felt at home the moment we entered - everything was very well thought out, super clean and cosy. The location was great too!
Despite not being in a remote area we managed to see the northern lights from the backyard on two nights we were there! Thank you Jostein for an amazing stay and for being a great host!
This apartment is just amazing! We stayed for 9 nights; it was a perfect location to explore the Lofoten Islands. The view was breathtaking, the neighborhood was quiet, the apartment is very well-equipped, spacious, and clean. The host was so helpful! I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay again.
