After staying for 2 weeks, here are my thoughts:
The property was spacious, clean and provided a lot of necessities. The only thing I didn’t find was oil for cooking, I had to buy my own but that’s not a problem.
-the kitchen has all the pots and pans you need, salt, pepper, dish washer, oven mitts, functional oven, drying rack, dish soap, and cutting board.
They also include coffee with sugar and powdered milk.
-the bedroom is comfortable, blanket was thick for the winter time and pillows were soft.
-the bathroom was very clean, spacious, and comfortable.
Overall, the place also includes heated floor so you can walk around barefoot.
You also do live next to the renters so if you need anything you can always contact them. As a solo female traveler didn’t really find a problem with that. Netherlands, especially Enschede is considered pretty safe.
If you can’t drive or bike the place is close to a bus stop, about a 7 minute walk. Bus number 9 takes you directly to the train station or Van Heekplein which is next to the movie theater.
Just a 14-minute walk from Holland Casino Enschede and 400 yards from Rijksmuseum Twente, Shortstay Bilderdijk features accommodations in Enschede, with a garden.

Great location and facilities! The living room and kitchen are common areas (shared with other 2 rooms), but it was only us at the time we used them, so we felt like we were renting a complete house. The bedroom was quite big. Everything was in top condition. We had a lovely stay!

Wonderful location, right at the edge of the (tiny) historic center. Apartment nicely furnished, feels personal, not as if it was gotten out of an Ikea catalog. Spacious and quiet.
The house is right in the historic center of the town ,with a beautiful view of the church square. It is close to all terraces and restaurants. Rooms were really welcoming, clean ,spacious and nicely decorated. A well-equipped kitchen with all the modern facilites you need. We really appreciated the welcome of our host , who was exceptionally kind and helpful. Thank you very much, we would gladly come back anytime.
Very nice hotel in lovely location. A few minutes walk from the town in a very quaint courtyard with the museum and restaurant next door. We were on a cycling holiday, so it was easy find and good secure indoor location to store the bikes overnight. Nice view from the bedroom and exceptionally comfortable large bed.Very nice stylish bathroom.
Receptionist very helpful and friendly.
Excellent stay, loved the tiny house, the comfort, facilities available, the quiet (only birds!). Willl try to come again next year, wish we'd booked for more days
