Loved the location! It was wonderful to see the ducks, swans, and passing boats. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we could get anywhere with ease.
I would recommend a little curtain or something around the bed to block the sun. Although it was nice to wake up to the natural light!

Jannie was very welcoming and gave us a full tour of the farm before we settled in our room. She also had wonderful suggestions for activities in the area. She was very thoughtful and had fresh eggs in the room and brought us plums picked from the trees in the yard. Some of our favorite activities on the farm were: brushing the horses, watching the chickens, riding the trikes, using the pedal boats, and walking to see the cows.

The host met us as we came in and showed us everything. Allowed us in early to leave our luggage. Very clean, in a nice quiet residential area, comfortable beds, everything worked, had a kettle, coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge.

I love the fact that it's a kilometer away from the busy touristic area. The place was well maintained. The owner, Arnold accepted us warmly that we immediately felt at home. It felt very comfortable having all the small details that counted. I loved the studio tour. It was a pleasure meeting a famous person who was very modest and down to earth like him. The breakfast was fantastic! I wish we had more time to spare.

Great location with the harbour and free parking directly in front of the property, and also convenient to drive to Amsterdam. The hosts were very friendly and had useful advice for where to park etc. The accommodation also felt very private, with access to our own kitchen etc. Very happy to have stayed here.
Absolutely adorable place! The hostess is very charming and attentive made our stay pleasant and cosy! Breakfast of the local products was amazing! Beauty in every detail, we liked everything!
We were spending a long weekend cycling and the accommodation was spot on. We found it really comfortable and met our needs perfectly. It's at the back of the hosts main house so was really quiet but perfectly situated within a 5 min walk of a supermarket, bars and of course the canals. Had a table outside and shed for us to keep our bikes in overnight. Was also a great base for exploring places such as Edam, Hoorne and Alkmaar
