I had an excellent stay at this apartment. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early after a long flight, which was greatly appreciated. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view from the room was fantastic, and the location is perfect—within walking distance to both the city and the beach. There's also convenient car parking right in front of the complex. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely return!

Our stay at the hotel in the beautiful yachting area was exceptional. The surroundings were stunning, adding to the overall charm of our visit. Great location. Easy check in. Very comfortable bed. Eventhough the toilet and shower were not part of the room, they were shared with only 1 another room (there was always shared 1 bathroom for 2 rooms) so there was not an issue of a queue. Everything was super clean. Very close to main gracht
Great breakfast, easy to park, friendly hosts, very clean, and I loved the large communal room in the evenings to play games with the kids. The rooms were simple, comfortable and peaceful to sleep. The hosts clearly put a lot of love into their guesthouse and it shows.
A comfortable and well-located guesthouse, close to the historic part of the city, good restaurants (I especially recommend a pizzeria), yachts moored to the quay. The rooms are modest but comfortable and have everything we needed. Kevin is a wonderful and very helpful host. The breakfast was varied and very tasty. We loved it.
