Great location and facilities! The living room and kitchen are common areas (shared with other 2 rooms), but it was only us at the time we used them, so we felt like we were renting a complete house. The bedroom was quite big. Everything was in top condition. We had a lovely stay!

After staying for 2 weeks, here are my thoughts:
The property was spacious, clean and provided a lot of necessities. The only thing I didn’t find was oil for cooking, I had to buy my own but that’s not a problem.
-the kitchen has all the pots and pans you need, salt, pepper, dish washer, oven mitts, functional oven, drying rack, dish soap, and cutting board.
They also include coffee with sugar and powdered milk.
-the bedroom is comfortable, blanket was thick for the winter time and pillows were soft.
-the bathroom was very clean, spacious, and comfortable.
Overall, the place also includes heated floor so you can walk around barefoot.
You also do live next to the renters so if you need anything you can always contact them. As a solo female traveler didn’t really find a problem with that. Netherlands, especially Enschede is considered pretty safe.
If you can’t drive or bike the place is close to a bus stop, about a 7 minute walk. Bus number 9 takes you directly to the train station or Van Heekplein which is next to the movie theater.

Clean comfortable electric bed. Very nice view and extremely quiet, so no noise coming from outside. A short walk in the morning, led to seeing deer through the trees, which the hostess had said might be possible. A five minute drive (quite direct) and you're in Enschede center. If it was warmer, I could have borrowed the bicycle and that would have been about twenty minutes. A nice option if you're there in the summer.
I might be back in May, so I would definitely look into booking here again.

The room was excellent, huge size with all the commodities that you can imagine from water bottles to coffee, tea, cookies, snacks etc. Really top interior design, comfortable bed, quiet neighbourhood, nice bathroom with free toiletries. I really recommend this boutique hotel, it exceeded my expectations! we’ll definitely come again.
Very communicative and helpful host, who even offered to meet us off the train as we were arriving late. We were staying in a separate apartment a few minutes walk from the main villa, which was comfortable, quiet and well equipped.

Had a balcony, with table and chairs overlooking beautiful garden. Had use of part of garden and sauna and could have used bikes if needed. All in all great, would stay again.
the hosts are charming, available, very patient following an unexpected late arrival. our room was very good, nice and chic deco, impeccable bathroom. Hearty and varied breakfast. The garden is beautiful.
Really charming hotel in a lovely quiet town. Room was exceptional and I'm only sorry I didn't ok in to the restaurant on the evening of my stay as it looked fantastic. Very friendly staff and an excellent breakfast the following morning.
Elise & Marcel were great hosts. They were so helpful and thoughtful throughout our stay. The guesthouse and all its facilities were excellent.
