Jos was a friendly and helpful host, who also waited for us as we were arriving very late due to a traffic jam. The location is very nice, quiet and green. Free parking on the side streets was also good.
The house is about 15 minutes walk to the city center. We also liked that the smoking is not allowed in the house. That was very pleasant.

Nice quiet residential location. 25 minute walk to city centre. Comfortable room, well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Very friendly hosts and easy no fuss check in. Even at midnight. Would totally recommend this place and would happily stay again myself.
The room is located on the first floor part of the traditional holland house, on a quiet street at ten minutes walking distance from the city center. We were well impressed by the room design and the amability of the hosts. The breakfast was ammazing but unfortunatelly because we were in a hurry, we didn't fully succed to catch the classy and stillines mood of the living room were the breakfast was served.

First of all I would give 9 or 10 if we didn't meet with the owner of house. To be honest Eric and Laila are great hosts. I actually thank them again from here. House is big, spacious and stylish. I love the kitchen with huge windows. Also the neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. There are 2 markets nearby. It is also a big plus. Cleaning service was awesome. We took off our shoes every time we entered the house because of cleaning. Heating was also worked very well.
Staying at the Boutiquehotel feels like visiting friends. The villa is in a wonderfully quiet area, but you reach the city centre very easy - a lovely walk at „Parklane“ and you are there. We will be back in case we come to Eindhoven again.
Jos was very welcoming and a great host for my whole trip. The hotel was in a beautiful and quiet location but a short walk away from the city centre. A perfect room for a solo traveller, very comfortable, clean and convenient. No faults at all and would highly recommend. I look forward to coming back to stay again!
