Gorgeous converted church, cute garden and terrace. Our host was super lovely, nice to hear about the renovation and see pictures in a book left in the room. The breakfast items left for us were helpful and thoughtful. A short walk into Middelburg and space to park the car was a big plus too.

Efficient. Despite looking run-down at first glance, it was actually quite clean (the common shower/bathroom, too!), and I didn't find any bugs. The owner was helpful, and the price was very good.

The shower and the toilet are shared, but always clean and never had to wait to use them.
Loved the appartment, it was a quiet neighbourhood and all facilities were there, also loved the interior ! It gave us an immediate relaxed feeling, and the terras was a bonus (unfortunately it was too cold to sit outside).

I have mixed feelings about my stay. On the plus side this is a cute, dog-friendly place in a perfect location only a few steps behind the dyke with free parking right in front of it. The furniture, the self-service coffee machine, the shared fridge and the communal book swap shelf give it a charming hostel vibe. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast baskets delivered to the room are great! But…
