The bathroom is shared but surprisingly clean. For breakfast you can order more than you could possibly eat/drink and with enough advance notice the hosts will accommodate any requests.
Thanks to the hospitable hosts for the wonderful time we spent with the family. Everything is at the highest level - a quiet area, a cozy house, a nice area around the house.
It is a very quaint property filled with lots of ‘brocantes’. There were only 4 rooms at this BnB, which makes it very personal. There was plenty of parking just down the road. Very friendly and helpful hostess. Breakfast was exceptional 🍳🥐🧀
For a car, the location was pretty good since there was a car park nearby that you can use for free. There are good restaurants within driving distance as well as the city of Rotterdam and other things. Breakfast was generous and the room had a pleasant vibe. It's basically a 'mom and pop' shop which felt more authentic and sincere than you'd get with the bigger chains. The host clearly communicated an interest in making our stay pleasant.
The hosts were fantastic. Friendly and helpful. Breakfast was so cozy in the amazing dining room. The decor and the beautiful old building was truly “gezellig”. Lovely room and I slept very well.
