It's an incredibly nice place to rent at. The atmosphere is always quiet, and the window lets a lot of light in. It's nice for working/studying. The kitchen is pretty and comfortable to cook in, it's always spotless! I found it a great place, I'd love to rent it again. Ann is a great host, she's friendly and accomodating, and always nice to talk to!

Our host was very welcoming! Everything in the apartment was clean - the climate by the North sea is brutal, and we are used to renting in this town, so we expected the usual salt&sand markings on windows (for example), but this apartment was spotless. The bed is soft and comfortable, and pillows are by far the best I have had in any hotel or rental property! The apartment was really well equipped for a comfortable stay.
Beds were super comfy , very clean and modern furniture. Rooms have coffee and sweets. Water is provided In a fridge. Mosquito nets and daylight dimming. Hosts very friendly and available.
Often rooms have dim lighting but the lighting here was great with many options. Also the heating worked. Long mirror available. Good working shower. It was a quiet peaceful room with nice views. The cooking facilities worked and had everything needed. Sufficient power points. Very comfortable bed. Upright chairs as well as comfortable seating. Spacious. Parking space on the property.

+ The appartment is located close to the beach and has a parking lot.
+ The living room offers some space and is bright, but the large windows point directly to the parking cars in front.
+ The host (remotely) responded fast and friendly to our complaint and provided cleaning of the window frames the next day. He appeared generally friendly and interested.
