The place was as descfibed. It was a quick grab ride to Legoland, can walk if not traveling with kids. Also near grocery and can cook in the place. Very clean and host was very generous and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.

Location wise Arfaan guest house was very near to our meeting place. The fasilities were beyond our expectation. We will surely recommend this guesthouse to our friends and families.
The homestay is spacious, cosy, comfortable and very clean with extra comforters and pillows. Suitable for family vacation. Good amenities and necessities are provided. The host is very nice and makes us feel comfortable. The check-in was really convenient.

(2) Flexible host(s) accepting our last minute check-in & extension requests
(3) Comfortable bed but pillows were too soft and luckily I got 1 extra pillow in the room so I could stack them up. No extra pillows in each room.
(4) Clean floor and surfaces
(5) Functioning household appliances but furniture looked worn out - microwave was OK, 2-doors fridge was OK and shower heater was OK
