Great little home from home. The check in procedure and instructions were clear and I was able to book this apartment very last minute when my booked accommodation wasn't fit for purpose. Super bonus was the washing machine. Buying a small bag of detergent was cheaper than paying for laundry at another place. The building was quiet and peaceful. Great place to have a break if you are travelling.

Easy check in and out, near to Mydin, very spacious (all 3 rooms are master rooms), extra matress are provided, private parking, & quiet neighbourhood. And price is way cheaper than others, & friendly owner. Perfect score 👌

Lovely decorated clean apartment in a new built flat with beautiful view on the ocean. Kitchen is well equipped for basic cooking. There is even a washing machine. The manager Connie is very friendly & helpful, fast & easy communication. The location is very quiet and peaceful on the top of the hill surrounded by forest, there is a little supermarket in walking distance. For anything else you would need your own vehicle or a short cheap Grab ride into town.

The apartment is in a great location not far from the centre and things to do (I had a car though). The host was very helpful and fast to reply to my enquires. The facilities in the apartment are very nice and new. It was nice to have the washing machine. Air con was good! Parking right outside the front entrance. I was looking to stay longer but it was booked out.

Great hostel! In convenient location, and we stopped here before our flight home. Had a restful stay and host was very helpful giving instructions for check in. Water cooler very helpful.

What an excellent boutique hotel. Great location on the harbour but all noise stops outside at 10 and this was a weekend. Very unexpected. Super comfy clean modern room. Breakfast really was spectacular, best in the whole of my far east tour

Safe and secure location in a modern sprawling gated community. The view from our 13th floor windows was impressive. The apartment is adequate for a short stay, but lacks charm or comfort. Don’t be tempted to think the location is walking distance from Sandakan city centre though - it isn’t. You will need to use Grab to get to and from anywhere (with the possible exception of the English Teahouse). Grab cars are cheap, so the cost isn’t an issue, but it adds a layer to anything you might want to do.

The room was a little bit pricy in comparison to other places but it was special holiday time and the room was really good. I also booked quite late. So cheap rooms were gone. The host supported me well since I had a medical problem. Check in was remote but worked well (I got a number to be entered at the electronic door look. Your key you would find on the desk.) There was always support via WhatsApp. Very friendl.

Perfect for the price. Great location, clean, cheap, right next to the night market and Karaoke next door. 100% recommend for all the travellers out there.
