Self check-in instructions were clear and actually quite fun to follow. For a small fee, we could park inside the porch. The house and room were clean and tidy. The air-conditioning and water heater worked. The bed was also very comfy. The customer service was very responsive.

Most of it. Specially our room that we’re so comfy + the rooftop cafe/bar. Though I was informed at the last minute that the pool for adults were closer exactly the date we arrive for 8 days or more . I was sad about that cuz I really booked that place for a major reason that I wanna relax at the pool. Moreover, I was not that happy with the situation of the check-in because our flight arrives at midnight but we weren’t allow check-in till 2/3PM. We were dead exhausted! Some staff were nice, some that were the least appealing to our stay were even the one a bit snobby.

Location was great if you like being in Petaling Jaya and it is close to the Federal Highway to get to Bangsar and KL. The hosts responded within reasonable time when there were issues to wifi which when fixed worked like a charm. Good gym, quiet.
