Staff, location's, friendly and smiles, very helpful, local make you feel home, closed to everywhere, supermarkets, ferry boat toisland walking distance, Amazing place, clean most important safe talk around, but things will happen anywhere we go, to me very safe. Any help, just ask reception will direct you the smiles angels, I love them. Many restaurent around and they know which the best and not expensive. My second time, to be honest, from kotakinabalu walking through forest's alone almost 3 hrs, it was scar, but I did it hahas. One love

Owner give us extra time to check out and easier to communicate through WhatsApp. Extra blanket and pillows. Owner clean the house properly. Enough kitchen utensil, can light cook and owner is a muslim so there is no doubt when using the utensil. The decoration is very nice and pleasant to the eyes. Thumb up to owner.

Close to the airport, suitable for those who are in transit to stay overnight and leave for the airport early in the morning. Self-service check-in is very convenient. The mattress and pillows are comfortable and quite clean. The price is good and including breakfast.
