The owner is extremely friendly ! The place is super clean. I could walk bare feet. They clean the hostel every day. I'm impressed how they have 2 male house keepers. The hostel isn't big, but they have two cleaning men who keep all things clean 24/7
The location is far from town, but if you are into nature. You would love this place. You can take the bus to town if you want to ! You can travel to Penang Hill and the nearest water fall. You can find super cheap and authentic foods nearby. The hostel will send you long lists of restaurants and what to do nearby to your whatsapp. I'm pretty surprised because this price in Thailand you will get only bed and unclean bathroom but there you could get free laundry, hair dryer , balcony, water , water heater , fridge.

This place was so peaceful. It felt super secluded, but still with the comforts of being near beach and city, (and for example easy to order grab to).
It was the perfect getaway between all the different fruit. We used the common areas a lot, as they were really nice to relax in, but our chalet was also really nice and comfortable. We used the bikes provided to take a trip through the rice paddies to the beach. We walked the hike up to the Thai restaurant with the great view. But we mostly relaxed on the beautiful property, reading, chilling, playing games.
The hosts are really kind and it was nothing but a pleasure to stay with them. Really helpful and fun people.

For a home setup, this is better than some of the budget hotels I’ve stayed at. Manager/owner speaks English. For a house with live-in family, it’s nice and quiet. It’s in a residential neighbourhood but neighbours are nice and friendly.

The location was excellent. Very close walking distance to the shops and main part of the town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is very clean and for the price definitely met our expectations.

I did not stay there because the host was unwilling to meet us. She or he said that they will sent an employee to the homestay but we have to pay the worker 30 Myr to book us in and I presume another 30 Myr to book us out. We had a long discussion and then she or he told me to cancell the booking. It seems to me that the host and myself have different opinions as to the duties and responsibilities of a host.
I thougt it was a private room but I when I came it's actually a hostel room which can accommodate around 5 people (1 queen bed, 1 single bed, and 1 bunk bed) but it was advertised as a private room. I read wrongly by thinking it was a 2 star hotel but it's a hostel lol. So I stayed alone in this a spacious simple clean room. It was a quiet night. It's a self check-in by WhatsApp.
It's a very new luxury condo, with superb Penang bridge view and seaview, in a great location nearby Queensbay locality. Unit is clean, not that big area but cosy enough for a night's stay. Friendly host met us to pass the keys and always available to answer questions. "Member" breakfast provided by means of self-serve bread and eggs and sausages. Unit facilities provided include microwave oven, washing machine, fridge and Netflix TV, alright!
