We decided not to live in George Town since this is not the first time we were in Penang. This hotel exceeded our expectation by the convenient neighbourhood, not too far from convenient stores, restaurants, etc. Walking distance to the beach, 10-15 minute drive to George town.

The house was very quiet, it’s perfect if you’re looking to have a proper rest. There’re hikes right next to the house. I totally recommend the Freedom Hill.

Great location with Ferringhi Beach just a few steps away from the property. The host was friendly and helpful - appreciate the effort. Parking was easy to find. Facilities are great and nothing more that we could ask for. One of the accommodations that we will certainly visit again.
Spacious room for two. I booked Deluxe Room 202 and they were a queen bed and two single-stacked beds provided inside. Came with your own private bathroom. Easy check in and self checkout. Friendly and accommodating host.

Very nice guesthouse in the quiet part of Penang. There is tons of communal space to hang out, the room are basic and have everything needed and everything was clean. There are also bikes for rent, but note that the bikes aren't in a great shape and thus not really suitable for rides outside the village area. The hosts were super friendly and helpful as well, all in all it was just a very good vibe there. Many bathrooms and showers are available.
The guest house located at a quiet housing area, not far from beach. The family room is quite spacious and beds.are comfy. My kids enjoy the pool with privacy as not many tenant staying when we were there. Coway drinking water dispenser is available.
Tony's is a colourful,cosy guesthouse run by the very helpful Tony.Rooms are basic but bed is very comfortable and fan quiet.Toilets,showers and washbasins are clean.Showers have great pressure.Good fridge and cooking. facilities which I didn't use as eating out is so good and cheap.Lounge area is open ,spacious and comfortable.Free use of a washing machine and beer for sale.The best thing apart from the above is the vivid and uplifting paintwork everywhere.Thanks Tony,I'll be back.
We absolutely loved our stay at Tony’s guest house. Tony is such a kind and generous host. We loved being out in a more quiet part of Penang, it was beautiful. We really appreciated the fresh fruit and use of bikes.
Good value, comfortable stay with a charming and helpful host and little luxuries like coffee and fruit freely available, as well as a washing machine! The guest house was in a more local village, outside of Georgetown -cheap amd available buses meant travel was no issue!
