It’s super clean and relatively quiet as the hotel is nestled in the fringe of town. I thought the staff were very hospitable and I like it that it is one of the rare few hotels in Malaysia that offer hard pillows as their standard pillows which provide much better comfort and buoyant support for the head versus the cheap and flat microfiber ones used in most hotels. Rainbow has the latter types too, fret not so guests have the choice. I hope the Hotel always offer that choice and keep the distinction!
The whole house was superb.. it's can fit more than 10 guests in one time. Very comfortable for short staycation. The location of this house only took less than 5 minutes to go to Alor Setar City Centre. The paddy fields behind this house gave me beautiful scenery..quiet surrounding gave me good sleep. very worth with price. Recommended 5 star!

The host Ms Yus Miza was very accommodating and warm towards me and my family upon arrival. We enjoyed our stay at Rumah Satu- the place is clean, the facilities provided are great and they all work as they should. Parking spots around the house is adequate and can fit 2-3 cars. The surrounding area is a neighbourhood so it's relatively quiet and safe. Had a great night's sleep and able to gather with the family in the common area + dining area happily. Highly recommended.
House / Apartment is a quiet, spacious and calming place. Every bedroom have aircond. Terrace and balcony are clean and safe. The apartment facilities was great and comfortable. Host was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever we need something and if had any questions. Totally recommend it.
Soo Lin is a great host, she’s very attentive and very helpful before we arrive and till after check out. The house is very clean and comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped and Soo Lin even prepared ice cubes for us in the freezer! Thank you so much for making our trip so pleasant!

We like everything ! Very big and spacious house. Nicely decorated home with 4 bedrooms, can fit up to 10 pax comfortably. Great location with eateries within 5 mins drive. The host is super friendly and helpful, requested early check in and he arranged it with no conditions. We would come back in future for sure.
